Refund policy

All prints sold by Fares Halout Photography are professionally produced to order in the size, material and finish you select at checkout. Because each piece is made specifically for you after you order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Custom Sizes and Framing: Custom sizing or framing requests made through our Services page are final sale once production has begun, as these pieces cannot be resold.
